As a new agent in the real estate business I think this is a great way to generate leads and track them. In today's market you new to have some system in place in order to make a living at this. The video was great and I intend to look into this further to help my leads and being more successful. Thank you for the info.  This was time well spent for myself.

I will say the video is Super, I have had both web sites since I joined Craig Proctor in July of 2006, they have helped to give me the inspiration to change the way I do my real estate business. Like you said Stephen it will generate leads and that is what it does and one can certainly make a better income. I got a call 4 days ago, off of my branded site and when I called the person back I asked how she came to call me instead of some other realtor,

She said I have been on all of the realtor’s web sites over the last few months (which are about 85 in my trading area) and she said that my site was the only one that she was able to get information on Real Estate and not have read information about the realtor. The information that is there on your site is what I wanted. That’s why I email you.

I plan to visit the site to see what actual costs will be after 60 day FREE TRIAL as my RE business at RE/MAX Honolulu as an independent (RA) ABR is at an all time low.

I was also wondering if for a promotional opportunity you would be interested in taking me on as a FREE venture and show my progress with the site at no cost what so ever to prove to any skeptics just how great and easy it is? I think the Success Website and all of the ideas are phenomenal! Unfortunately my husband lost his job and we don’t even have a credit card right now so it would not be fair for me to take the 60 day trial knowing that I cannot afford it at this time. I really like how informative and “to the point” you present the Success Website system. I truly believe that It can work for me. I do however understand that like any other business, one needs some working capital to at least get moving with all costs for advertising and actual day to day operating expenses. I want to do this right so I really feel that I need a bit more working capital so I plan to get started with the Success Website as soon as I save just a little more for this venture. I’ve been studying this for several months with a little trepidation but am willing to discuss this on the phone. I do want to get started. I’m blown away by it all and am afraid being I’m not of the techie generation. I’ve been with various website companies and have gotten burned by some and let down by others….with no success rate at all….nada, nothing. I’ve gone from templates to glitzies and tried all kinds of programs and spent too much money with most of it banked in San Diego. Frankly, I need help. Your guarantees give me hope. The 60-day free trial is wonderful but just like everyone else in this economy, I would like to know the cost of having such a great website? I see you mention the “gold” level. This was great. I am a loan officer in HI and have a site that works somewat like this. I attrack many leads per day and it is great. I use Craiglist under for sale by broker and use Free List of homes as my teaser ad.
